This semi-detached Hampton home underwent a transformative Passivhaus retrofit, redefining energy efficiency, comfort and modern living within an existing envelope.

From triple-glazed windows that maximise light while retaining warmth to a high-performance heat recovery ventilation system, every upgrade is geared toward long-term performance and health. Sustainability here is not a feature—it’s a way of living.

The downsized, reimagined layout optimises every square metre, blending timeless materials like timber battens and textured render to bridge the home’s historic character with contemporary elegance.

Targeting EnerPHit certification, this project exemplifies HONE’s commitment to detail, craftsmanship and the future of residential sustainability.
